FIRST COURSE SELECTION

GRILLED ARTICHOKE  seasoned and buttered, remoulade dipping sauce 

THE STINKING ROSE  warm roasted garlic and olive oil, with warm toasted ciabatta 

PEEL-n-EAT SHRIMP  jumbo shrimp served cold, with cocktail and remoulade sauces 

CHICKEN FRIED OYSTERS*  fresh dill tartar, Nashville style hot chili oil 

 

CHAMPAGNE TOAST

 

SECOND COURSE SELECTION

DEVILED EGGS  chunky picnic style, minced celery and herbs 

THE WEDGE  tomatoes, red onions, bacon and crumbled blue cheese     

TRADITIONAL SALAD chopped egg, bacon, heirloom tomatoes, rustic croutons 

~house-made dressings, choice of 1000 island, herb buttermilk, creamy blue cheese, or champagne vinaigrette~

 

THIRD COURSE SELECTION

ATLANTIC GRILLED SALMON*  served with sautéed succotash

NEW BEDFORD SCALLOPS*  pan seared, lemon butter, dressed arugula and grits

THE HAWAIIAN*  12 oz. marinated rib-eye steak, sesame butter, mashed potatoes

PRIME RIB*  slow roasted, salt and pepper crusted with hot au jus and mashed potatoes

 SURF-n- TURF*  5oz lobster tail, 5 oz tenderloin skewer, mash & roasted peppers

FILET MIGNON*  8oz. center cut, with grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes
